HK Entitlement Scheme is set for the people who claimed to have the right of abode according to the Basic Law.

Now the government announces that for those aged 14 or above are entitled to the scheme. In other words, there could be more newcomers in HK. From governance perspective, it means more efforts are needed to handle the issues related to those immigrants.

Employment matters should be seriously considered. Some of the immigrants will leave their job in home city so as to come into HK. It is expected that they have to search for a new job upon arrival. Yet the job requirements could be totally different from the mainland. For example, the job requires candidates to be High School Graduate, would the graduate certificate from Mainland high school to be recognized by HK?

In this sense, the government should have to consider the issue of certification.

Mid of March

Autumn is the beginning of the year. So I have set a to - do - list already. The first thing is getting a permanent position in the new company. I think the new position will suit my character the most as it's dynamic in nature and I will be exposed to the industry that I long for. It will start from a junior position. Yet I don't mind about low key starting. I will gain valuable exposures, especially on interpersonal relationship and how to deal with ad hoc things. 

One more thing to tell, I have applied for another position again. I really have a strong desire to achieve that, especially when I am in a low profile now. Anyway, I have to work hard and prepare for my targets.
